What’s coaching like?
Mindset and accountability coaching is an interactive, two-way process designed to help you get the results you want- faster. Working together, you set the goals, uncover what’s in your head holding you back, find the drive to take action, and make it stick.
How does it work?
Whether we’re in person or connecting via video call, coaching starts with us establishing our partnership. The first step helps me understand how best to meet you were you are and support you through this process of building awareness to action planning to seeing real results.
Build Self-Awareness.
Get to know yourself better through reflective questions.
Create a vision statement that documents your purpose and values.
Set strategic goals for each key area in your life (as you define it). Bring those together into a life “roadmap.”
Plan Results.
Describe in detail how you’d like to be perceived and remembered.
Know yourself better by understanding your values and what drives you.
Set your action plan with key milestones. Define what success looks like and by when.
Make it Stick.
Identify and prioritize near-term actions. Develop strategies to address roadblocks as they arise.
Assess progress. Adjust plan, as needed.
Acknowledge and celebrate successes.

You’re not sure what you want or where to start. In 6 transformational sessions, you’ll connect with your purpose, get clear what you want most, then write your ongoing action plan to get you there. With this approach you don’t wait for results. You’re taking action and seeing progress along the way which builds excitement and momentum to take on the next challenge.
